SEPNET Membership Application
To apply for membership for your organisation please complete this linked form. During the registration process you are able to pay for membership online via secure credit card transaction or request an invoice.
Please use an email address at the start of the registration process
for the person who will be SEPNET's primary contact in your
organisation. Contact details for additional employees can be added during registration. Member
discounts to events are verified using the individual email addresses
given, so please give details of all those who will be attending
events, so they too will qualify for discounted entry. If you wish add additional people at a later date you may do so by editing your membership record using the same primary email address used during initial registration.
There are signficant benefits to membership and we encourage all organisation active in photonics in the South of England to join. We ask all members to agree to the Membership Charter and the following Terms and Conditions of membership.
Membership Terms
- Members of the South of England Photonics Network (SEPNET) agree to abide by the professional rules of conduct inherent in the objectives of SEPNET and agree to ensure that membership is not used in anyway that may bring either SEPNET or the wider photonics industry into disrepute;
- Members additional agree to abide by the Members Charter of SEPNET.
- Members accept that the South of England Photonics Network and its members are bound by the Articles and Memorandum of Association under which the South of England Photonics Network is formed as a Company Limited by Guarantee. A copy of this document is available by contacting us.
- You have the right to cancel membership within 14 days of placing an order.
