Next SEPNET Meeting
"Support for Organisational Development and Sources of Photonic Applications"
hosted by Agilent, Reading, 9 October 2008
The next SEPNET meeting will have a theme of company and application development.
Increasingly it is recognised that applications and personnel development must take place in parallel with technology development if a company is to make the most of growth opportunities. Our next event therefore brings together a number of speakers to discuss various local schemes designed to support leadership development at all levels in your company. There will also be an introduction to the other knowledge networks operating in the region which can provide an excellent access to applications in defence, environment, medical and other end users of photonics. David Pointer will also present an excellent case study of how management development enabled his company Point Source to achieve long term sustainable growth.
Following previous request the meeting start has been brought forward to midday with lunch kindly provided by our hosts Agilent. A full Downloadable meeting summary is available here.Register online to attend this meeting
